- They are currently looking for people across the United States to participate in a paid online diary study where participants will be asked to provide feedback on a brand new type of browser as they use it over a period of time.
- Your participation would directly shape what this product will be before it rolls out to millions of people.
- This study will last for 8 weeks… From Tuesday, June 1st to Friday, July 23rd.
- As the browser is freshly into beta, not everything will work perfectly, but, everyday it will be evolving and getting more and more fully fleshed out.
- So, at the start of the study, they may ask you to use it for an hour every day. By the midpoint of the study they may ask you to use it for half the day, and by the end of the study they will ask you to use it for everything as your primary browser.
- Each week you would log 3 diary entries and complete short interactive activities, such as sharing an intro video about yourself, submitting a short screen recording of a task you completed, or sending a text response to a prompt… all for a total of about 45 minutes of your time per week.
- All invited participants will receive $300 for their help. You would receive $150 after the first four weeks and $150 after the full eight weeks.
- You can choose to receive your compensation as a check or a prepaid Visa card.
- A recruiter will call you with some follow-up questions if it appears that they can include you in the study.
