— Crew mates, dockhands, and captains
— Crew school instructors
— Recently retired or former owners and captains

— Spouses, family members, or close friends who are regularly on board or deeply familiar with day-to-day boat operations. - The research firm is conducting both online focus groups and 1-on-1 online interviews that will last between 1-2 hours.
